How long will my order take?

We print everything fresh for you. Most orders ship in 3-5 working days, plus courier time. If it’s still not with you after 10 days, give us a shout.

Can I put it in the dishwasher?

Ceramic mugs? Absolutely. Enamel mugs? Hand wash only - their metal rims have a hate-hate relationship with dishwashers. Coasters and bottle openers? Wipe clean, simple as that.

What if my stuff arrives broken or wrong?

Drop us an email at hello@theobesehiker.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll sort it - nobody needs extra stress (or smashed mugs).

What’s your returns policy?

You’ve got 30 days to return items in original condition. Email us first to get it moving. Custom orders or anything clearly used for a test brew might be refused.

Where do you ship?

Right now we’re UK only. Sorry international folks - maybe one day we’ll tackle the customs paperwork mountain.
